Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven Market Sales Manager to be part of our Customer Advisory Team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Create and implement successful insurance solution promotions.
• Engage potential customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings, among other methods.
• Create and expand a strong network of leads and possible clients.
• Stay informed about competition activities, product updates, and market developments.
• Plan and implement successful sales initiatives in close collaboration with internal departments.
• Monitor performance indicators and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate & above
• Experience: 2 to 6+ years in field sales or insurance
• Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates
• Work Location: On-field (not work-from-home)
