Marketing & Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Sales Executive – Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of sales executives in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales executives

– Set daily goals and monitor each person’s progress.

– Make frequent field trips with your staff to assist with client meetings.

– Create plans to increase sales performance and meet team goals.

– Make sure team members are aware of the product portfolio and train new personnel.

– Create and evaluate sales reports, giving management useful information.

Requirements:

– Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales

– Strong leadership, communication

– Ability to work under pressure

– Graduate in any discipline

– Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills.
