Job Description

A National Sales Director is a senior executive who leads the sales strategy, operations, and teams across an entire country. They are responsible for hitting national revenue goals, expanding market share, and building/leading regional or field sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute the national sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Plan national expansion initiatives, regional market penetration, and customer segmentation.
  • Set and oversee national sales quotas and regional targets.
  • Build strong relationships with key national clients, distributors, or channel partners.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
