An Outside Relationship Manager in the BFSI sector is a client-facing professional who builds and manages relationships with customers, primarily through in-person interactions. The term “outside” indicates that much of their work happens outside the office—meeting clients at their homes, businesses, or events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach high-potential customers for banking or financial products.
- Visit clients to understand their financial needs and pitch suitable solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and cross-selling.
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients, offering ongoing financial advice.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
