An Outside Sales Officer is a field-based sales professional responsible for meeting potential clients in person to promote and sell products or services, generate leads, and build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of the local territory and competitors
- Suggest improvements or feedback based on on-ground insights
- Maintain relationships with new and existing clients for renewals or upselling
- Follow up on leads from referrals, events, or marketing campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
