Job Title: Outside Sales Representative
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of field executives to drive daily sales
- Ensure area coverage and customer visits as per plan
- Support team in achieving product-wise targets
- Track daily sales reports and resolve field issues
- Build relationships with key retailers and partners
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with 2–4 years of field sales experience
- Prior experience in managing on-ground teams
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Should own a two-wheeler and smartphone
- Ready to travel across assigned territory
