Job Description

By hiring, developing, and leading a group of agents, the Key Sales Manager will supervise and propel the Agency Channel’s expansion. This position include creating sales plans, hitting organizational goals, and improving the agency force’s general efficacy.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Hire and train new agents.

·         Implement training and development initiatives.

·         Establish and track sales goals.

·         Assess and assist with agent performance.

·         Create and put into action sales strategies.

·         Establish solid agent relationships and deal with problems.

·         Create reports on sales performance.

Requirements

·         It is preferred to have a bachelor’s degree.

·         two years of sales-related experience.

·         strong sales, communication, and leadership abilities.

·         You have to live in the area.
