Outside Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking an outside sales representative to drive agency channel growth by hiring, training, and leading agents, setting sales goals, and improving agent performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and support new agents.
• Set and track sales goals.
• Assess and coach agent performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Build strong agent relationships and resolve issues.
• Report on sales performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Strong sales, communication, and leadership skills.
• Must live in the local area.
