Job Description
The Partner Development Manager – BFSI is responsible for identifying, onboarding, managing, and nurturing key external partners—such as banks, agents, brokers, NBFCs, or fintech platforms—that help distribute financial products like loans, insurance, mutual funds, or payment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate partner agreements, SLAs, and revenue-sharing models.
- Ensure partner practices align with compliance and internal audit requirements.
- Conduct regular business reviews and feedback sessions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding with proper training and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
