Job Title: Pre-sales executive

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage and support a team of field sales executive.
• Visit shops and market areas to drive sales
• Set targets for your team and help them achieve them
• Train and guide team members on product knowledge and selling
• Handle customer feedback and local market issues
• Prepare daily sales reports and updates
• Plan daily routes and area coverage

Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of field sales experience
• Minimum education: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
• Local candidate required
• Must own a two-wheeler with license
• Familiar with local areas and market trends
• Can use mobile apps and basic reporting tools
• Ready for daily local travel
