Role Overview
As a Protection Advisor (Associate), your primary responsibility will be to recruit, train, and motivate insurance agents to build a strong sales team. You will guide new agents on insurance products and sales techniques to help them achieve their targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and recruit potential insurance agents in the assigned territory.
Train and mentor new agents on products, sales strategies, and compliance.
Motivate and support agents to achieve sales and recruitment targets.
Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback.
Assist agents in client engagement and closing insurance policies.
Help expand market reach through effective team building.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
1–2 years experience in sales, recruitment, or insurance preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to motivate and develop a team.
Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
