The Regional Sales Manager in the Distribution Network is tasked with expanding business in an assigned region by building, guiding, and motivating a team of distributors to achieve sales targets and fuel growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and energize distributors to meet performance benchmarks.
- Design and execute actionable plans to hit sales goals.
- Spot new market opportunities and tweak strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Provide hands-on training, feedback, and encouragement to elevate team results.
- Study market dynamics, customer demands, and competitor moves.
- Enable distributors with tools and tactics to tap into lucrative market segments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- 2+ years of experience in sales or distribution management.
- Proven ability to deliver sales results and lead teams effectively.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills to connect with distributors and clients.
