Job Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager in the Distribution Network is tasked with expanding business in an assigned region by building, guiding, and motivating a team of distributors to achieve sales targets and fuel growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and energize distributors to meet performance benchmarks.
  • Design and execute actionable plans to hit sales goals.
  • Spot new market opportunities and tweak strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Provide hands-on training, feedback, and encouragement to elevate team results.
  • Study market dynamics, customer demands, and competitor moves.
  • Enable distributors with tools and tactics to tap into lucrative market segments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or distribution management.
  • Proven ability to deliver sales results and lead teams effectively.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills to connect with distributors and clients.
