About the Role:

We’re hiring a Regional Sales Supervisor to lead and coordinate sales efforts across a defined area. This role is suited for someone who can manage teams, track performance, and contribute to overall sales growth in the region.

Key Duties:

Supervise and support sales teams across multiple areas
Drive sales growth and ensure targets are achieved
Coach and train field executives to improve performance
Handle team planning, scheduling, and daily reporting
Solve operational challenges and customer issues promptly
Keep management informed on sales trends and progress
