Job Description

Positions and Accountabilities:

• In charge of handling daily phone calls and client and sales correspondence.

• Total sales via phone calls

• The only inquiries and hot leads to call

• A desire to work with revenue targets and be interested in sales and outbound calling is required.

• Follow up with both new and current clients on a regular basis.

• To increase sales, persistently pursue leads and questions.

• Meet goals and follow SOPs on a monthly basis.

• Have outstanding people abilities.

• Follow up with prospects closely and complete transactions within the allotted sales cycle.

• Capacity to function under the manageable pressure of sales.

• Monitoring individual performance on a regular basis while simultaneously improving team performance.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
