Job Description

We’re looking for a Sales Specialist who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets.

Key Role Responsibilities :

– Achieving sales goals, managing relationships, and acquiring new clients are the main priorities of the role.

– Training, motivating and driving these certified financial consultants to sell insurance.

– Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell Insurance solutions.

– Review often and establish new goals.

– Sales of life policies of through the agency model.

Required Candidate profile :

– Graduate (10+2+3) / Post graduate or equivalent

– Minimum 1-7 years of work experience in Sales Development role

– Experience in the life insurance industry / any other industry in sales role is necessary

– Local Area Candidates having the knowledge of potential market will be preferred.
