Job Summary:
As a Relationship Manager, you will work closely with bank branches to promote and sell insurance products, leveraging the bank’s network and customer base. Your role will play a key part in bridging the gap between banking and insurance to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell insurance products through the bank’s network and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Identify potential customers using the bank’s extensive database.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with bank staff, management, and clients.
- Train, motivate, and empower bank employees to generate leads and close insurance sales.
- Recommend tailored insurance products to customers based on their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions for follow-ups.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate Degree (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales & marketing in insurance or banking.
- 3+ years of residential or native experience in the region.
- Basic knowledge of insurance and banking operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
