Job Description

The Relationship Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and achieving business targets. This role focuses on developing strategies, building strong client relationships, and ensuring consistent revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Monitor team performance and provide training & guidance
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
• Coordinate with marketing and other departments for lead generation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree Complete
• 2–6 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / BFSI (as per role level)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
