Job Description

Lead the creation and execution of sales strategies while nurturing long-term client relationships across the portfolio

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive agency recruitment and achieve sales targets within the assigned region.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with local agents, ensuring their continuous growth and performance improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to maximize agents’ potential and sales outcomes.
  • Monitor agent performance, provide feedback, and optimize strategies to increase business productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and recruitment, preferably in an agency-based setup.
  • Must own a bike and have a valid driving license for field visits.
  • Preference for local candidates with a better understanding of the regional market.
  • Open to graduates from any field with a passion for sales and recruitment.
