Job Title: Sales and Development Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Go out and meet shops, dealers, and customers every day.
  • Explain our products clearly and help people choose what’s right for them.
  • Grow the number of clients and increase sales in your area.
  • Train and support your sales team on how to sell better.
  • Make daily and weekly sales plans and follow them.
  • Solve customer problems quickly and politely.
  • Report your sales numbers to your manager on time.
  • Help make our brand visible and trusted in the market.

Ideal Candidate (Who Can Apply):

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably outdoor/field sales.
  • Good at talking, listening, and making people feel comfortable.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Must be okay with daily travel for client visits.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Having your own bike/scooter and license is an advantage.
