Job Title: Sales and Development Manager
Role & Responsibilities:
- Go out and meet shops, dealers, and customers every day.
- Explain our products clearly and help people choose what’s right for them.
- Grow the number of clients and increase sales in your area.
- Train and support your sales team on how to sell better.
- Make daily and weekly sales plans and follow them.
- Solve customer problems quickly and politely.
- Report your sales numbers to your manager on time.
- Help make our brand visible and trusted in the market.
Ideal Candidate (Who Can Apply):
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably outdoor/field sales.
- Good at talking, listening, and making people feel comfortable.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Must be okay with daily travel for client visits.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Having your own bike/scooter and license is an advantage.
