Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Front Line Sales Managers to join our team in Angul. The ideal candidates will have a passion for sales and a proven track record in field sales, particularly in the life insurance sector. This role will involve leading a team of agents, driving sales initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with dealers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

Agent Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and train agents to build a strong sales team.
Direct Sales: Engage in hands-on selling activities to meet and exceed sales targets in the life insurance sector.
Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance market presence and increase sales across B2B and B2C channels.
Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, distributors, and clients in the telecom and pharma sectors.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals through effective coaching and support.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Onsite Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in field sales, preferably in life insurance or related industries.
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
