• Lead and motivate field sales team to meet monthly targets
• Visit key clients, pitch products, and close deals
• Monitor daily team activity, route plans, and area performance
• Train new sales reps and ensure on-ground discipline
• Report sales updates and insights to senior management

Candidate Profile: 

• Graduate (any stream), MBA preferred
• 2+ years in field sales or team handling
• Strong local area knowledge and customer handling skills
• Two-wheeler and willingness to travel
• Goal-driven, energetic, and hands-on attitude
