About the Role:

Join our growing team as a Business Manager – Sales. This role involves driving business growth through new client acquisition, managing relationships, and meeting sales targets in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire and manage customers through field visits
Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into revenue
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
Build strong customer relationships for repeat business
Report sales activities and performance to the management

Who Can Apply:

Graduate with 2 to 4 years of experience in field sales (BFSI/Insurance/FMCG preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident, self-driven, and goal-oriented
