We are seeking a motivated sales assistant to support our agency channel team at India’s leading life insurance company. This role involves:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new agents.
• Provide administrative support to sales executives.
• Maintain and update client and agent databases.
• Prepare sales materials and presentations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to track performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in sales support or administration, preferably in insurance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must be local.
