Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales Associate Manager who supports the sales team by overseeing daily sales activities, assisting in strategic planning, and maintaining customer relationships to help meet company sales goals.

They are also responsible for sales training, setting targets, and analyzing sales data to ensure progress and efficiency.

Job Role: On-Roll
Channel: Agency and Direct.

Roles and Responsibilities: 
Overseeing the performance of sales associates, providing training, and setting goals and expectations.                                                          Assisting in developing and executing sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
Maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitoring sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting strategies to increase sales.                                                      Working with other departments, such as marketing, to align sales efforts and achieve company objectives.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency channel and for direct channel minimum 1 year of sales in any field + 6 months of sales experience in BFSI sector
  • Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Preferred local candidate .
  • Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization (If experienced)Key Skills:
