Sales Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Consultant to work in the Banca Channel (Bank Partnership Model)  In this role, you will be placed at a bank branch and will be responsible for generating insurance business through the bank’s walk-in customers and database.
This is a direct company role, not agency-based.

Key Responsibilities: 
• Recruit and train new insurance agents.
• Motivate agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor and support agent performance through regular field visits.
• Conduct product and sales training sessions.
• Build strong relationships with agents to retain and grow the channel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of overall sales experience, with at least 1 year in BFSI sales (insurance, banking, mutual funds, loans, etc.)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field
Age between 21 to 40 years
