Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the sales coordination team.
- Ensure timely processing of orders, quotations, and client communications.
- Track and manage sales pipelines, targets, and performance reports.
- Coordinate between the sales team, logistics, and finance departments.
- Maintain updated customer records and follow up on pending issues.
- Support the sales team with presentations, documentation, and scheduling.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement improvements.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in field sales and marketing.
- Good communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
