Drive growth in the life insurance agency channel by enhancing sales performance, expanding the network, and supporting agents to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to boost agency channel performance.
• Recruit and onboard new insurance agents.
• Train and support agents to improve sales effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.

Requirements:

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Must be local.
