Job Description
Oversee and develop the sales development team within the agency channel.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales development representatives (SDRs).
- Develop and implement sales development strategies.
- Identify and qualify potential leads.
- Collaborate with agents to close deals.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Experience in sales development or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate must have field job experience.
- Sales and insurance experienced candidate preferred.
