Role: Sales Development Manager
Objective: A Business Development Manager helps the department grow by working with the sales team, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring clear communication.
Key Responsibilities :
• To increase revenue and business, set goals and make plans.
• To seek new markets, conduct research and put strategy into action.
• Determine which markets have prospective customers.
• Track down leads and assist them in the sales process.
• Establish goals as a team and create strategies to reach them.
Requirements:
• An advanced degree or its equivalent.
• Two to three years of marketing and sales expertise in the field.
• Age range: 21–38 years old.
• Excellent team-management and motivational leadership abilities.
• Outstanding ability to communicate.
