Job Summary:
The Sales Development Manager is responsible for driving insurance product sales through a bank’s branch network. The role focuses on relationship-building, training staff, and meeting sales objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sell insurance products through the bank’s network to achieve sales goals.
- Leverage the bank’s database to identify and target potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and management.
- Train and guide bank employees to generate leads and close sales effectively.
- Recommend suitable insurance products and deliver excellent customer service.
- Keep track of sales performance, leads, and customer records.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in any field.
- At least 3 years of local/residential experience.
- Basic knowledge of insurance and banking processes.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
