Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit top talent for the agent/advisor role.
- Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process.
- Oversee onboarding and training for new agents.
- Lead regular training sessions covering products, sales strategies, and compliance.
- Create skill development programs to boost agent performance.
- Organize workshops, mentoring sessions, and refresher courses to support continuous learning.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- 21 to 38 years candidates are preferable.
- Graduation is must.
