Job Description
In order to increase sales and meet growth objectives, the Sales Development Manager will oversee and lead a group of insurance agents in a predetermined area. This position includes hiring and training agents, establishing and keeping track of sales targets, and making sure that corporate rules and legal requirements are followed.
Responsibilities:
– Create and implement sales strategy in order to reach goals.
– Hire, develop, and oversee insurance representatives.
– Keep an eye on performance and offer coaching.
– Examine market trends and modify tactics as necessary.
– Maintain excellent customer service standards and address concerns that escalate.
– Create sales reports and keep precise documentation.
Requirements:
The ideal degree is a bachelor’s.
– Has to be in the area.
– Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
– Capacity to flourish in a target-driven setting.
