Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 2-3 years in field sales and marketing.

Age: 21 – 38 years

 

Responsibilities :

Hire, onboard, and train new sales team members.

Support the team in finding new customers and growing the sales pipeline.

Foster a collaborative environment and keep the team focused on meeting goals.

Continuously improve sales processes to boost team performance and results.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively.
