The role of a business development manager is to support the expansion of their department. They collaborate with the sales team to draft strong offers, negotiate agreements, and keep lines of communication open with all parties.

Experience: 2-3 years in field sales and marketing.

Age: 21 – 38 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing a strategy to expand the company and increase revenue.

• Arranging appointments to talk about business prospects with possible clients.

• Find possible customers in such markets.

• Handle leads, guiding them through the sales process with ease.
