We are hiring Sales Development Representative for leading life insurance company

Roles & responsibilities:

– Handle a team of Sales Managers.

– Recruiting the team of Sales Managers and building the agency

– Identify and pursue new clients in the Insurance sector.

– Develop strategies for expanding our market presence

– Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

– Prepare and present sales reports to management.

– Build strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Desired Candidates Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 2+ Years in Any Field Sales and Marketing department.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Track record of meeting sales targets.
• Local candidate
• Graduation Compulsory
• Age: 21 to 38 Years
