The Sales Director will oversee and lead the life insurance sales team, ensuring targets are met and agents are supported and trained for success. This role will manage the overall performance of the sales division.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct the sales team to meet objectives.
• Hire and supervise life insurance dealers.
• Analyze sales data and profits.
• Ensure adherence to business and regulatory policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management.
• A bachelor’s degree.
