Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·         Reach branch goals by launching monthly initiatives and motivating

·         Finding and hiring possible advisors or consultants for insurance

·         Mentoring and training advisers to be more productive

·         Creating and putting into practice sales strategy to reach and surpass quarterly and monthly sales targets.

·         Locating agents and providing continuing education in insurance policy sales.

·         Engaging in networking events helps draw in and keep customers.

·         Supporting marketing and advertising campaigns.

·         Reporting daily operations to the reporting head and tracking and evaluating sales data.

·         In India and abroad, planning and participating in networking events.

Requirements

·         Age : Minimum 21 Years – Maximum 38 Years

·         Two-Wheeler Required

·         2 To 4 years of field sales experience

·         Staying in the same city for more than 5 years

·          Good stability.

·         Must be local candidate
