Role: Sales Executive
Objective: A Business Development Manager leads a sales team, finds new business opportunities, and helps the company grow.
Key Responsibilities :
Set goals and create plans to grow the business and revenue.
Research and find strategies to target new markets.
Identify potential clients in those markets.
Follow up on leads and help them through the sales process.

Requirements:
Graduate degree or similar.
2 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Age between 21 and 38 years.
Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent communication skills
