Role: Sales Executive
Objective: Oversee and develop a sales force, find new business prospects, and contribute to the company’s growth. One important person in a firm that finds new business prospects and creates plans to expand the company is a business development manager (BDM).
Key Responsibilities :
• To increase revenue and business, set goals and make plans.
• To seek new markets, conduct research and put strategy into action.
• Determine which markets have prospective customers.
• Track down leads and assist them in the sales process.
• Establish goals as a team and create strategies to reach them.
Requirements:
• Graduate degree or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in field sales and marketing.
• Age between 21 and 38 years.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
