Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage Sales Team to achieve business targets and growth.
• Develop and execute strategies for Agency Development, Bancassurance Sales, and Operations.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, clients, and internal teams.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Who We’re Looking For :

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Minimum of 2 years in field sales.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Must own a bike and have a valid driver’s license.
