Job Description

Job Purpose:
To recruit, develop, and manage a team of insurance agents/advisors to achieve sales
targets and drive business growth through the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:  
• Recruit and train new insurance agents.
• Motivate agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor and support agent performance through regular field visits.
• Conduct product and sales training sessions.
• Build strong relationships with agents to retain and grow the channel.

Qualifications and Skills:  
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of experience in insurance sales or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and drive a team toward goals.

Working Conditions:  
• Full-time, field and office-based work
• May require travel within assigned territory
• Incentives and bonuses based on performance
