– Oversee a group of sales representatives, track results, and motivate outcomes.

– Grasp the requirements of clients and recommend appropriate life insurance policies.

– Conduct financial planning and risk assessment for clients.

– Consistently meet and surpass assigned sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

– Over 2 years of experience in any Sales or Marketing (BFSI, Pharma, FMCG) sector

– Outstanding ability to communicate effectively and foster relationships.

– Motivated individual with robust sales and negotiation abilities.
