We are in search of a driven and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our agency channel within the life insurance sector.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and empower a team of insurance agents focused on the agency channel.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
• Utilize sales data analysis to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• proven track record in sales management within the life insurance industry, particularly in the agency segment.
• Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
• Possess an analytical mindset with a focus on delivering results.
• Must be based locally
