Job Description
The Sales Manager will oversee and develop a network of insurance agents and agencies to drive sales and achieve business objectives. This role involves strategic planning, agent recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
