Job Description

Drive growth within the life insurance agency channel through the recruitment, training, and management of partners. Seeking a seasoned leader with deep industry expertise and a proven track record in agency development and sales.

Responsibilities:

· Recruit and onboard new agency partners.

· Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to optimize partner performance.

· Establish and oversee performance metrics for agency partners.

· Develop and implement sales strategies that align with organizational goals.

· Cultivate strong relationships with partners and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· Demonstrated strengths in leadership, communication, and negotiation.

· 1-2 years’ experience in sales and marketing.

· Must reside locally.
