Sales manager

Job Description

Our expanding business is looking to appoint a sales manager to oversee and coordinate our sales force. By creating business plans, achieving predetermined objectives, and working with our marketing department to generate leads, you will be responsible for overseeing organizational sales. By monitoring sales goals, establishing personal sales targets, and assisting with your salespeople’s continuous training, you will also be responsible for managing the actions and output of your sales force.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Creating a company plan that addresses revenue, expense, and sales controls will help you manage organizational sales.

·         Reaching predetermined sales targets.

·         Together with the sales team, establish personal sales goals.

·         Monitoring sales targets and providing updates as needed.

·         Supervising the sales team’s performance and activities.

Requirement

·         Experience Level Needed: 1–5

·         Age Requirement: 21 to 37

·         Bachelor’s degree in any field.
