Job Description

We are looking for a motivated sales manager to lead and manage a team of insurance agents. This role involves recruiting, training, and mentoring agents, while identifying new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of agents to meet sales goals
• Recruit and develop new insurance agents

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Strong communication skills
