We are looking for a dynamic field sales manager to lead and oversee our agency channel. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership and team-building skills, combined with a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Requirements

• It is preferred to have a bachelor’s degree.
• Two years of sales-related experience.
• Strong sales, communication, and leadership abilities.
