Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in Bolangir and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Agency Partner Acquisition: Identify and onboard potential agency partners to broaden the company’s market presence.
– Partnership Development: Foster and sustain robust relationships with agency partners to ensure enduring collaborations.
– Revenue Growth Strategies: Craft and execute plans to enhance revenue and market share via agency channels.
– Agreement Finalization: Facilitate contract discussions and finalize terms with agency partners to create win-win situations.
Skills and Qualifications:
– 2-4 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
– Graduate in any stream.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
Compensation:
CTC: Up to ₹3.20 LPA + Incentives + Benefits.
