Leading a group of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and assisting them in creating a strong sales funnel is the responsibility of a sales manager. By giving direction, keeping an eye on performance, and creating winning strategies, they make sure the team meets its objectives.
Education: Any Graduate
Pay Roll: On Roll
Experience: 2-3 years in field sales and marketing.
Age: 21 – 38 years
Responsibilities :
Employ, train, and acclimate new salespeople.
Help the team expand the sales pipeline and acquire new clients.
Encourage teamwork and maintain the group’s goal-oriented attention.
Enhance sales procedures on a constant basis to improve team output.
Skills:
